We aim to provide safe and reliable delivery. Please review our delivery coverage, estimated delivery times and shipping charges before placing your order.
1. Hong Kong and Macau Delivery
Delivery Method and Estimated Time
Standard courier delivery is available for Hong Kong and Macau orders. Delivery is estimated within 3–5 working days after your order and payment are confirmed.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may be affected by stock availability, stock transfers, delivery location, courier arrangements, weather and public holidays. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed.
Shipping Charges

Standard delivery: HK$50 per order for Hong Kong and Macau.

Express delivery: Please contact customer service before ordering to check availability. Charges and estimated delivery times will be quoted separately according to the parcel weight, destination and courier service.
Showroom Collection
If you would like to collect your order from our Lai Chi Kok showroom, please contact customer service first to confirm stock availability and collection arrangements.
Items not available at the showroom may require a stock transfer from our mainland China warehouse. Please wait for our collection confirmation before visiting.
2. International Delivery
Destinations and Courier
For orders outside Hong Kong and Macau, we currently use SF International to deliver to:
Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.
If your destination is not listed, please contact customer service before ordering to confirm whether delivery is available.
Processing and Delivery Times
International processing and delivery times depend on stock availability, destination, courier service and customs clearance. The Hong Kong and Macau delivery estimate of 3–5 working days does not apply to international orders.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact customer service before purchasing.

These charges exclude customs duties, taxes, clearance fees and other charges imposed at the destination, which are payable by the customer.
If the parcel specifications or destination require a separate quotation, we will confirm the charge with you before dispatch.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the courier details and tracking number. You can check the delivery status on your order details page or track the parcel through the courier’s official website.
Tracking information may take time to update. If the status remains unchanged for an extended period, please contact customer service for assistance.
4. Delivery Details and Arrangements
Please provide an accurate and complete recipient name, contact number and delivery address when ordering.
If you need to change these details, contact us as soon as possible. Changes after dispatch are subject to the courier’s arrangements and may incur additional charges.
Any additional costs arising from incorrect delivery details, an unreachable recipient, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel on time will be payable by the customer.
5. Receiving Your Order and Reporting Problems
Where possible, inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, signs of opening or other irregularities, take photographs, inform the courier and contact us immediately. You may refuse delivery where appropriate.
If you discover damaged, missing or incorrect items after opening the parcel, retain the items, packaging, shipping label and relevant photographs, and notify customer service promptly.
Signing for delivery does not waive your right to report product quality issues. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
If you suspect that a parcel is missing or notice an unusual delivery status, please contact us. We will assist with enquiries and follow-up with the courier.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges under the destination’s requirements. These charges are payable by the customer and are not included in product prices or the shipping charges listed above.
The recipient must provide any information required by the courier or customs authorities and complete the necessary clearance procedures. Customs clearance may affect delivery times.
Any return shipping, storage or redelivery costs resulting from incomplete customs clearance, unpaid charges or refusal of delivery will be payable by the customer.
